David Grohl for marriage equality

Foo Fighters front man David Grohl was seen sporting the white knot on his lapel at last nights MusiCares Person of the year tribute to Neil Diamond.


The white knot represents the support of marriage equality and Grohl made sure everybody knew it. "Anybody know about whiteknot.org?" the former Nirvana drummer said on the red carpet before the tribute. "I believe in love and I believe in equality and I believe in marriage equality".

Kudos to David Grohl for joining the growing group of straight celebs who are growing tired of intolerance and making their feelings known. Look for the white knot on tomorrow nights Grammy telecast. Stars already committing to wear it include Grohl, Michael Buble, Adele, Dave Stewart, and Kristian Bush.
